The Orchards Apartment occupies the ground floor of the main house, with the twin bedroom situated on the first floor. The Coach House is situated in a corner of the grounds, behind the main house. Central heating and hot water is by means of an oil boiler. Both properties benefit from having a gas fire in the lounge areas. Damp items may be dried in a shared boiler house that also houses a tumble drier. The owners are in residence in the top two floors of the main house. Mobile phone users on 'Orange' can get a very good signal & we now have Freeview to enjoy (via SKY)
